Why do we require business name & address for Google review cards?
We require the name and address of the business so that we can ensure that the card is being programmed to the correct business. Many businesses have multiple locations, so it is important we know which location the NFC card is for to avoid any errors in programming the card.
What are NFC cards, and how do they work?
NFC (Near Field Communication) cards are smart cards that use wireless technology to transfer data. Simply tap the card to a compatible smartphone, and it instantly directs users to a preset destination like your social media, contact details, or review page.
Can I customize my NFC card?
Yes! All our NFC cards are fully customizable. You can add your name, contact details, logos, and design elements to make your card uniquely yours
Do NFC cards work with all phones?
NFC cards work with most modern smartphones. For Android and iOS devices, make sure NFC is enabled in the phone settings. Older devices may not support NFC technology.
What is the range of NFC cards?
NFC cards work when tapped or brought within a few centimeters (usually 1-2 cm) of a smartphone. This ensures secure and intentional data transfer.
Why do we ask for a link to your destination?
We ask for the link that the card will be programmed to directly from the customer to ensure that there are no errors or difficulties in locating the desired link. This helps us save time, and also ensures that we have the correct link to begin programming.
Will someone be able to reprogram my NFC card?
No. Our team takes the extra precautionary measure to permanently lock each custom NFC card to ensure that the card is not reprogrammed after the initial link which the customer has provided has been set.
Are there refunds or returns for custom NFC cards?
Since custom NFC cards are personalized, we cannot offer refunds or returns unless there is a defect. However, we’ll work with you to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order.
